We ship orders by Nova Poshta as soon as possible.

Payments.

Bagston provides the following payment methods:

  • Cash payment;
  • Cashless payments;
  • Terminal (available in retail Stores);
  • Transfer to a PrivatBank corporate card;
  • Payment to a bank account.

* The goods are delivered after the funds are credited to the account.

** Payment is made only in the national currency, the hryvnia.


Delivery

Delivery is carried out the next day within the time period agreed with the client. Same-day delivery is also possible, provided that the order is placed and confirmed before 12:00.

Important!
In case of your absence at the specified address within the agreed period of time and in the absence of feedback, the delivery is canceled. Repeated delivery is agreed with the manager. Special terms of delivery by Nova Poshta:

  • Free delivery for the amount of the current order from 1500 UAH; *Except for the Roncato brand
    If the amount of the current order is less than UAH 1500, the delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta;
  • Free money-back delivery if the order amount is 1500 UAH or more.

Important!
Nova Poshta calculates the volumetric weight rather than the actual weight, so when ordering bulky goods, choose a cargo department.
If you have placed an order that will not fit in the specified branch, it will be automatically sent to branch No. 1.

Warranty and financial documents

When receiving the goods, pay attention to the following:

  • External and internal damage;
  • Functionality of zippers, retractable handles and locks;
  • Availability and correctness of related documents (warranty card, check, invoice).
