We make sure that the goods purchased in the Bagston store serve reliably and for a long time. All products are accompanied by an exclusive 1-year warranty (except for umbrellas). All warranty conditions are valid within the framework of the Law on Consumer Protection and are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

Warranty conditions
The warranty is valid only if you have a warranty card from the manufacturer or the Bagston online store and a document confirming payment for the goods. Free repairs are carried out only during the warranty period specified in the warranty card. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we advise you to keep the documents attached to the product during its sale throughout the warranty period.

Please note that warranty repairs are not covered:
Products that have been misused or damaged during travel. In the event of damage during the trip, the owner is obliged to immediately file a claim (damage report) with the carrier before leaving the train station, airport, seaport, etc.
Damage caused by an accident, after unsuccessful repair attempts or inaccurate use of the product, unauthorized replacement of parts, unauthorized quality testing, loss of product elements, normal temporary wear and tear, products after exposure to acid or alkaline solutions, high temperature, water, heat source or sunlight.
Metal coatings of any parts of the product.
The leather parts of the product, if any.
 


Important!

Locks or any built-in security features do not prevent theft. The company is not responsible for possible theft or related damage to the product.

Buyer's rights

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the buyer may return the purchased goods to the Store in the following cases:

The product has a material defect (Article 8.)
During the warranty period, a significant defect is found in the product that makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the product for its intended purpose, arose through the fault of the manufacturer or seller, after elimination it manifests itself again for reasons beyond the control of the buyer and is accompanied by one of the following signs

the service center is unable to eliminate the defect;
the service center cannot eliminate the defect within 14 days;
after the repair, the product changes its appearance or ceases to perform any functions.
The goods do not fit the shape, dimensions, color, size, or for some other reason do not meet the buyer's requirements (Article 9.)
at the time of the exchange, there is no similar product on sale;
the goods have not been used, i.e. they are new and no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase;
the presentation of the goods, its consumer properties, all accessories, components and documentation included in the package are preserved, their packaging, seals and labels are not broken.
When returning money for the goods, settlements with the buyer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money is returned to the buyer on the day the relevant request is made, and if it is impossible to return the money on that day, at another time as agreed by the parties, but no later than within 7 days
